A historical and family saga not to be missed

Adapted from the novel written by Sarit Yishai-Levi, “The Beauty of Jerusalem” takes place over a period from the beginning to the middle of the 20th century. The series intersects the Little History with the Great by narrating the story of a Ladino-Sephardic family over three generations, intertwined with the history of Palestine during Ottoman rule and then under the British Mandate of Palestine, followed by later periods of depression and war.
